 Restocking Fee Statement

At Tropical City Bliss, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality print-on-demand products that are custom printed specifically for you. This means that once an order is placed, the item is printed just for you through our supplier. We do not hold inventory.

To help cover the operational costs associated with processing returns, we have implemented a restocking fee of $8 on returned items.

We understand that shopping online can sometimes lead to uncertainty about fit or style. Therefore, we encourage our you to make thoughtful purchasing decisions before placing an order. By doing so, you help support our small business and ensure that we can continue delivering the products you love.

Returns for Garments (T-Shirts and Sweatshirts)

- Return Period: You may return non-personalized or non-custom garments within 30 days of purchase.

- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused.

- Return Process:

- Customers must contact us at info@tropicalcitybliss.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any items.

- Upon receiving your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label within 5 business days.

- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the items in a secure mailer bag to prevent damage during transit.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, minus a restocking fee of $8.

 Returns for Artwork

- Eligible Items: Only non-custom artwork can be returned.

- Return Period: You may return artwork within 10 days of purchase for exchanges or returns.

- Condition: Returned artwork must be in its original condition, not hung or displayed, and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Customers must use packaging that protects the artwork from damage.

Return Process:

- Customers must contact us at info@tropicalcitybliss.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any items.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use protective shipping supplies.

- Returns must be shipped using a service that provides a tracking number. Customers are required to share this tracking number with us.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned artwork, minus a restocking fee of $8.

Exchanges

- Garments: For exchanges on garments, customers must contact us to initiate the process. Items must be in their original condition.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item.

- We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the exchanged item.

- Artwork: For exchanges on artwork, customers must contact us to initiate the exchange. The exchanged item must be in its original condition.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item.

- We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the exchanged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
